Hi, I'm Kathy

I enjoy making a positive impact!

I'm a professional trainer with a Diploma in Pilates and Psychology background. I have extensive experience teaching Matwork, Reformer, Fitball, Pregnancy/Post Pregnancy Classes and Barre Attack.


Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful health decisions.

 

Your KK Pilates journey builds core strength, flexibility and balance. I enjoy having fun in class and making the work out an enjoyable experience so you leave class with a smile.
